"Rewards make late-night cookies even better"
I order from Insomnia Cookies way more than I probably should lol. The rewards don’t take no time to add up, and I’ve already gotten free cookies a few times. It’s super easy to use, and it makes those late-night cookie orders feel a little less guilty.

I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and for the most part, the cookies show up fast. One order took a bit longer than I thought it would, but it still came warm, so I wasn’t too bothered. Tracking was good enough to know roughly where it was. Overall, reliable, nothing too complicated.

"Seasonal flavors are usually worth it, even when the wait annoys me"
I always end up checking Insomnia Cookies whenever they come out with seasonal flavors, because apparently I can’t resist a limited-time cookie. Some flavors are definitely better than others, but the pumpkin one and the holiday ones I tried were actually really good. They showed up warm and tasted fresh, which was nice. One time it took longer than expected, and of course that was the time I was really looking forward to them, so that was frustrating. Still, I’d probably order again when they have a new seasonal flavor.

"The cookies were good, but the staff..."
The cookies were good, but the staff kind of put me off. They barely said anything, and when I asked a simple question, they acted like I was bothering them. I get that places get busy, but it felt rushed and not very welcoming. Wasnt a terrible visit, just not one Id be excited to go back for.

I tried the brownies and they were good, like definitely rich and fudgy enough to enjoy, but after a couple bites I was kind of thinking okay wow these are a little sweeter than I usually go for. Still tasty, just maybe more of a small-piece-with-coffee kind of brownie for me.

Placing the order itself was straightforward, but the app kept freezing on me, which got frustrating fast. I wasn’t really interested in reaching out to customer service because I’ve had enough experiences where they just give you a generic response and don’t actually fix anything. So the order went through, but the whole app experience wasn’t great.

"Good cookies, even if the bake varies a bit"
I order from insomniacookies.com regularly, and for the most part, they’re kind of exactly what I’m hoping for when I want cookies delivered. They usually show up warm and soft, and the classic ones are generally baked nicely, not too crunchy or dry.
The only thing is the doneness isn’t always totally consistent. Sometimes they’re really gooey in the middle, and other times they seem a little more baked than I’d prefer. Still, they taste good enough that I keep ordering, so overall I’d say they’re a solid choice

"Tasty cookies, but a bit pricey"
The cookies were good, especially fresh out of the box, but the price felt a little steep for the amount you get. Once the delivery fee was added on, it made the total feel even harder to justify. I’d probably order them again as a little treat once in a while, but definitely not something I’d buy regularly

The portions were really good. The cookies came warm and they was bigger than I thought, not like the tiny ones you get from some places. A one box was enough for me and my friend to share, and we still had some left after. Happy with it.

I stopped in late at night and wasn’t in the best mood after seeing the place. The floor was sticky, there were crumbs all over, and the counter looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in a while. The cookies tasted fine, but the store just felt kind of gross, which made it hard to really enjoy them.

The cookies were okay and tasted fine, but the allergen info was just hard to figure out. I kept clicking around the site trying to find clear answers, and it still wasn’t clear. I especially couldn’t tell much about cross contamination or what would actually be safe. If you have allergies, that’s stressful, and the unclear info makes it even more stressful. I really wish they made the allergen details obvious before ordering instead of making you dig for it.

I stopped in late and expected the line to take forever, but it moved faster than I thought. The cookies were still warm and my order came out quickly, which I appreciated. That said, the staff didn’t really acknowledge me much, so I kind of felt ignored even though the service was fast.
